1) Overview

Loop is a social fitness and nutrition app for logging workouts and meals, sharing with friends, and participating in groups. Loop is intended for general wellness, lifestyle, and social use only, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide When you create an account or use Loop, you may provide: - Account information - Email address - Login credentials and authentication-related information (handled through our authentication provider) - Profile information - Display name and username - Profile photo/avatar - Bio and optional profile fields you choose to add - Fitness and nutrition information (you choose to provide) - Information such as height, weight, goals, activity preferences, calorie/macro targets, and related settings you enter to personalize your experience - User-generated content - Posts, comments, reactions, and other social interactions - Workout logs (including exercise details and notes) - Meal logs and food entries (including notes and totals) - Recipes or custom food entries you create - Messages you send (such as group chats and direct messages) - Photos/images you upload (such as post images or profile pictures) - Feedback and support - Messages or feedback you send us (including details you include in those messages) B) Information collected automatically When you use the App, we (and our service providers) may collect: - Usage data - Screens or pages viewed, features used, and interactions within the App - Approximate app activity metrics to improve performance and product experience - Device and technical data - App version, basic device information, and performance signals - Error/diagnostic information if something goes wrong in the App - Network information - IP address and related network metadata may be processed for security, fraud prevention, and service operation C) Information from third-party sign-in providers If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Apple or Google), we receive information necessary to authenticate you (typically an account identifier and may include your email address depending on your provider settings). D) Apple Health data, optional If you choose to connect Apple Health, Loop may request permission to read selected health and fitness data from Apple Health, such as activity data, active energy, workout data, and body weight data. Connecting Apple Health is optional. If you do not connect Apple Health, Loop will still build your plan using the answers you provide during onboarding and the information you enter in the App. Loop’s Apple Health access is read-only in this version. Loop does not add to, edit, or delete data in Apple Health. You can manage or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

3) How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: - Provide and operate the App (account login, saving your activity, syncing your data) - Enable social features (profiles, friends, groups, posts, comments, and messaging) - Personalize your experience (fitness/nutrition targets and app settings) - Improve and debug Loop (analytics, troubleshooting, performance monitoring) - Maintain safety and security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcing our rules) - Communicate with you (support responses and important service-related messages) - Comply with legal obligations (where required) - If you choose to connect Apple Health, use selected Apple Health activity, workout, and body weight data to personalize your fitness and nutrition experience over time, improve activity context, and support progress-related features.

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances: A) With service providers (processors) We use trusted vendors to run Loop. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service, such as: - Authentication, database, storage, and backend operations (e.g., account login, saved content, image storage) - Analytics to understand feature usage and improve the App B) With other users (social sharing) Loop is social by design. Depending on your settings and how you use the App, other users may be able to see: - Your display name, avatar, and profile details you choose to share - Posts, comments, and interactions you publish - Group activity and content within groups you join C) Nutrition search providers When you search for foods, Loop may send the search query and request details to external nutrition databases to return results. We use caching to speed up results and reduce repeated requests. D) For legal and safety reasons We may disclose information if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforce our terms and protect the rights, safety, and security of Loop, our users, or others.

5) Tracking & Advertising

Loop does not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not share personal information with data brokers. We do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising purposes. Loop does not use Apple Health data for targeted advertising, tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, or selling user data.

6) Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to: - Provide the App and its features - Maintain security and prevent abuse - Comply with legal obligations - Improve and debug the App Retention periods can vary by data type and context (for example, certain logs or cached results may be retained for a limited period for performance and security).

7) Your Choices and Controls

A) Manage your information You can review and update certain account/profile information in the App. B) Delete Account Loop provides an in-app Delete Account option. When you delete your account, we delete your account and associated user data from our systems, subject to any limited retention required by law or for legitimate security purposes. C) Wipe Data Loop provides an in-app Wipe Data option. This is designed to remove your logged activity and related content while keeping your account intact (for example, resetting your app data to a “fresh start”). D) Contact us If you need help accessing, deleting, or wiping your data, contact us at: contact@dailyedgewellness.com E) Apple Health permissions Apple Health access is optional. You can grant, deny, or revoke Loop’s access to Apple Health data at any time through the Apple Health app or iOS Settings. If you revoke access, Loop may no longer be able to read Apple Health data, but you can continue using Loop by entering information manually.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9) Health and Wellness Information

Loop provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness tools for informational and lifestyle purposes only. Loop does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any calorie, macro, or goal-setting information generated in the App is an estimate based on information you provide and may not be appropriate for every user. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant diet, exercise, or weight-related decisions. Connecting Apple Health does not make Loop a medical device or medical service. Apple Health data is used only to support general wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle features.

10) Children’s Privacy

Loop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through Loop, contact us at contact@dailyedgewellness.com and we will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information where required. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use Loop only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice in the App.
